One of the best the Forces ever had, MWO Frederiksen served 29.5 years in service to our Country. She suffered from major depression and never quite made it back.

She was proud and served our Country in that same fashion. In her honour I will wear this badge.

This issue is not about me. It is not about property. It is about Veterans and the ignorance displayed, regarding Mental Health issues, affecting; Military, Police and EMS workers.

READY AT THE SWITCH !

NO! I will not stand down. There are Veterans out there, in way worse condition than myself They are no longer strong enough to keep fighting. .I am am still strong enough after 18 years. It is my duty as an Officer to lead by example. I WILL!

Mental health is a science. Each case is individual. Since it is a science, the assessing doctors require a scientifically prepared questionnaire dealing with each individual case. The cookie cutter approach to this complex issue just will not work. 

I requested just such a "Questionnaire" but i never received a response from the Court, Crown or my lawyer.

My appointment with the Forensic Psychologist had to be cancelled (Scheduled 30 Oct 2015 at 15 to 1700hrs because no "Questionnaire" was given to myself of medical professional. 

Experiences that trigger the hormone responses within soldiers, Police and EMS techs, are physiologically produced and used with the intent of mind control.  It invokes basic instincts triggered by repetitive training/conditioning.(indoctrination / Basic training). 

Ingrained within every soldier is the ultimate respect for one's weapon. The police who came to my hose remarked at how clean and well maintained my weapons were. All laws were complied with. Everything on my premises was safe, secure and prepared.

There is a big difference between a rifle and a gun. Those that have been professionally taught as myself, know the difference.

 

I am an Officer. My oath to myself, my Country and especially the troops is;" lead by example".

In a military community, the police and EMS workers must be sensitive to PTSD,

This Court case has nothing to do with guns. (Restricted or not!). This is about respect for the equipment, proper training and appreciation for the care and well being of others.

As you and the Court now know, I will be spending, (Needlessly), thousands of pension / retirement dollars (way more than my guns and Licence are worth) to fix this deficiency in our system.

Why?

Understanding the mental issues facing Police and/or our EMS personnel, is. They entered their job with nothing but good thoughts and intentions. They do not deserve to end up drunks or social misfits  A lot,loose the wives family and friends.

VET SUFFERING WITH PTSD - CROWN CONFUSED AND HEAVY HANDED

How quickly can we move to court? I have demonstrated good will in resolving this out of Court but if the Crown only wants delays, I want action.

There are three points I wish to cover. All are dealing with the 28 & 29th emails I sent you.

NOTE: I will be calling the OIPRD Investigators Monday 02 November for a consult and to presenting my; Crown imposed dilemma to them for, resolution and clarification. I need clear direction as to who's responsibility it is to prepare an outline of actions for a citizen to get their property back. Is it for the citizen or Court?

I can't review / challenge / discredit a DISCLOSURE that will not be disclosed to me. If I have to let you go as my lawyer, as you indicated, so I can get a copy of the signed DISCLOSURE, then I will. I can then re-hire you back when I finally have the DISCLOSURE (signed with all police / medical and witness reports). 

Since I did not hear back from your Office reference an Access to Information Request to the Police & Trenton Memorial. I do hope the request to my Family Doctor and Psychologist have been sent and requests made.

Why I had to cancel the exact Forensic Physiologist appointment they wanted me to have (as stated in your email to me) because, no outline of questions and what DEISM 5 criteria and Axis are required for success in my property being returned.

Finally, I am unable to proceed due to these facts and it is causing further undue stress on a citizen, highly decorated military vet, who has done nothing wrong. Affects reported to Veterans Affairs for further assessment of the Governments actions.

This whole situation will be followed closely by the VET community and in the whole of the 8 Wing area, since many of my friends are VETS and also suffer from PTSD.

1. You have the disclosure but I can't get it. I did not see full and complete police reports and pictures of all 4 occurrences involved.

2. I have requested a signed copy of the disclosure so I am sure the Crown is confident of it's facts.

3. I have lots of documentary evidence and wish it presented in court.

4. I did try and get the Forensic Psychologist appointment completed and was scheduled but the Crown never forwarded it's requirements and questions. Without these, the Psychologist has no guidance as to what is required exactly. This is the Crown's job to tell me what they need not just have me go out and spend money for a psychologist who does not have any Crown direction.

5. I am continuing with the Police review Comm ref. this Keystone Cop approach to getting evidence properly processed from both sides.

6. This will cost the Government plenty to continue to fight and I wish to do so. This will not go well for any concerned including Veterans Groups. 

7. I believe my suggestion of 04 Jan 2016 would be sufficient time to pass for the Crown to release my property back to me. There was no violence. No threats of violence. It seems just one person assuming a situation that did not exist. I will not offer this reasonable solution again.

8. There are Federal Government lawyers for the Crown to consult, available for research.

Yes this will be very expensive. I am ready and confident. Court costs and specialists costs will be included in my application for cost recovery. Let us get started ASAP.

An example to consider;

If a Diabetic does not get their Insulin in time, all sorts of public safety issues can come forth. These include impaired driving, impaired thought and physical control, just to mention a few. Does the Crown take away their car because they take medicine (insulin) to prevent such situations.

They took away my property because my medication was just changed and my reaction was not favourable. My medications have been re-supplied and all is stable again. This is just like a diabetic adjusting their meds too and getting to the right amount to stabilize their situation. Does the Crown take their property and make them go to court because of a medicine alteration. I have never heard of it but PTSD sufferers will hear about this case for sure.

All of this listed above, demonstrates the ignorance the Crown has towards mental illness and PTSD in particular. PTSD affects; EMS workers, Police and Firefighters as well as military. If the Crown does not understand PTSD, then they should ask intelligent questions first, then take action. Do not leave everything to the citizen.

Reference Court time, I still want to be at court and have an opportunity for my case issues to be heard and ruled upon on the 5th Nov. I would like to review our presentation in advance of this date.

TWO REMINDERS FROM MORGAN-ONE FROM CANADA

DEAR VETERAN THE ELECTION - ABC (ANYBODY BUT CONSERVATIVE)

I had not planned on writing anything more before the election but I feel compelled to state the non-actions of the Conservative Government.

I put my life on the line multiple times for this Country. I was proud to serve.

The Min of National Defense has never responded to my letter stating the details of my Harassment Complaint and Flight Safety Report....... why Mr. Kenny??????? :

1. My Harassment Case (won by me - adjudicated by the Chief of Defense Staff CDS) filed against a Colonel Base Commander was destroyed. This situation lead to the 4 year delay in my receiving benefits from VAC and protected all those Senior Officers who fought so hard to support this Colonel in his actions of being accused of Harassment and making himself his own Judge in his case.

               a. Documents destroyed - Historical

2. Mr. Kenny Min of Nat. Defense, never responded to my Flight Safety Report. This report indicated that I was deployed for 6 months, CODE RED and DESIGNATED UNFIT as an Aircraft Commander of the A310 Airbus. 

               b. CAF (Canadian Armed Forces) knew I was unfit medically to fly but ordered me to against regulations endangering so many passengers. I had to walk away from my whole life and career to ensure their safety. 

Shame on you Mr. Kenny for not taking Flight Safety Seriously. Ms. Raitt (Min of Transport) responded and forwarded my correspondence to you and the PRIME MINISTER, STEVE HARPER.

This will not go away since Flight Safety is supposed to be paramount in the CAF.

I have been fighting for Vets and these 2 (TWO) causes for 18 years now and I will continue until this is resolved. I had to destroy my career and give up my dream job to protect others I was responsible for. I do not want any other pilot ever to be put in such an impossible position. 

We need a real independent body, that military personnel can go to, outside the Chain of Command to voice their concerns. Currently, the Senior Officers can do anything without fear of retribution because there is no such oversite.

No pilot should ever be put in a position where they must chose between the safety of their passengers, their health and career because Senior Officers or Medical Staff, will not do their jobs IAW the Orders as written.

Contrary to what the Military would like you to think, there is no recourse against Senior Officers. I had to fight everyone all the way up the chain of Command ........right to the CDS himself.   SAD SITUATION!

FIX IT!

SINCE THEY (Conservatives) CAN'T BE RESPONSIBLE.

VOTE THEM OUT AND GET A PARTY IN THAT CAN.

THAT IS ENOUGH  - TIME TO GO !!!

GENERAL HOOD to mr. hood

I received a Facebook Biography on this person. There were a few achievements left out by his biographer. It's all about the $$$

General Hood's biographer neglected to mention that the General was fully aware or ought to have been, through his Base Commander, that the CDS was making a ruling against the Base Commander he worked for, for Harassment.

Colonel Hood did nothing to ensure all follow-up issues involved in the ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) were followed to the letter

Major Hood did not and to this day, an Officer under his direct Command (at the time) is still having to fight for a proper conclusion based on the written legal agreement.

Captain Hood never ensured this nor that any reprisals to the subordinates career were observed. Reprisals happened, nothing done. (Ordered to fly a CC-150 Airbus and deploy as Aircraft Commander while medically unfit and dagged "RED". Witness statement offered to the Military Investigators but nothing done. Kind of reminds me of the Fynes case and Lawson's Letter.

As a foot note: Ms. Raitt (Min. of Transportation - having received the Flight Safety Report I filed, did the correct thing and advise the PM and MND. The Min. of Transport has ho Flight Safety jurisdiction over the military or the skies they fly in over Canada even though they hold a civilian pilots licence. Nothing ever happened and no one even asked how this most dangerous of situations could occur. ANYONE HEARD OF THAT GERMAN AIRLINE DELIBERATELY FLOWN INTO THE SWISS ALPS??

Lieutenant Hood, once promoted to General in charge of the Air Force was again made directly aware of what happened in contravention of written orders and did nothing. In doing nothing to help, this in itself is a contravention of orders.

2nd Lieutenant Hood carried on in his position never following-up on the documentation. The CAF Ombudsman's office was made aware of this but did nothing other than ask for and Cart Blanche access to information authority. This was denied by me but I authorized direct communications between the CAF Ombudsman and Mr. Hood.

Mr. Hood's biographer needs to include these facts so that when choosing our next leader, those still in charge after that fiasco don't pick another Russ Williams or Officers that don't follow Orders as written.

Mr. Hood should be his official title from this day forward. Definitely not General. Being a general requires: DHILR

Dignity Honesty Integrity Loyalty and Respect.

I must add my voice to yours in failing to understand the real purpose in the CDS letter to you.

The CDS states things such as sexual Harassment of women in the CAF (Canadian Armed Forces) does not exist (2014) but is clearly told by a retired Supreme Court Judge, that it is rampant (2015).

I am at a loss as to understand how Senior Officers of the CAF can stand in judgement of others and have their judgments upheld even after being convicted of being a serial killer. (Russ Williams)

What about all those Senior Officers that promoted this individual. Are there no repercussions for them?

I think the CDS would be better suited to take care of Flight Safety Problems within the CAF (which he has ignored - Ordered to fly CC-150 Airbus on deployment while dagged RED) rather than pretend to have professional counselling degrees regarding complex family matters within the Fynes family.

I think the term is "STAY IN YOUR LANE" or in the CDS's case, understand where your lane is and leave proud mothers of fallen soldiers alone.

If you have an urge to pick on someone with real info regarding the total miss management of the CAF Justice and Flight Safety System........pick me..... not Ms. Fynes.

PS: Where is the Federal Justice system that is looking into this Judicial problem within the CAF?

You have sociopaths / convicted killers handing down judgments. No Senior Officers are held account for promoting this killer and a investigative body employed and under the control of these same senior officers that are told what to find. To find no wrong doing and to produce an outcome favorable to the military.

The book: The Art of War does not describe mothers of dead soldiers as the enemy. This must be a CAF re- write.

As a retired Air Force Officer - I apologize for these insensitive comments from someone who clearly is on his way out.

Ms. Raitt the Min. of Transport took my Flight Safety Report very seriously and has forwarded it in to the MND and others.

Approaching the one year mark since it was filed and still nothing from the CAF.

I guess writing embarrassing letters to fallen soldiers mothers has a much higher priority.

I do hope the door hits your ass on your way out.

Ya and Colonel Russ Williams was a great choice for Base Commander and to be a judge at CFB Trenton - before he got convicted of murder. It is better to sit there and look stupid rather than open your mouth and confirm it

I had the honour of meeting this fine person a couple of years ago. She has set a high bar for showing leadership by her personal example.

The inspiring examples of leadership and self sacrifice by those I have come to know through CVA and the many other groups and individuals, is nothing short of amazing.

For years I have tried to be non-partisan ref my political views.

The NDP and Mr. Mulcair seem to be the only ones who are consistent in their message and convictions.

I am now fully supporting the NDP in our next Federal election. I urge all RCMP and military to do the same. We need to put the integrity and honesty back in Government.

Time to clean up the mess in the RCMP and Military. 

The 99% are not believing in you anymore Mr. Harper. Alberta should be just a taste of what is coming.

VOTE: NDP ! 

The Conservative and Liberal signals are too confusing. We need clear direction and change.

What Law and Order Government ??

1. Harper came in with his tough on crime pitch. 

2. Saving taxpayers money.

3. Respect for those in the RCMP and Military (Veterans in both organizations).

So how is it going in the Senate?

Harper referred Duffy to the Senate and the Governor General (Commander in Chief) appointed him.

WHO IS ACCOUNTABLE?  Those two should resign on principle.

How is our FAKE LAKE? (G8 Summit) That saved us a bundle. Might have helped the Military hire and Independent Investigative Organization so the CDS would know of problems in his organization - Please refer to Australian General Speech in previous post. For Senior Officers

Hard to lay charges if you have been involved in wrongdoing!

1. In the late 1990's, (Then CDS) Gen Baril wrote an "open letter" to address this problem.

2. In 2014, our current CDS didn't know there was a problem.

3. In 2015, after an "INDEPENDENT REVIEW" done outside the chain of command, the CDS now admits there is a problem that needs to be studied.

QUESTION

If the CF knew there was a problem in the 1990's, denied it 2014 but was forced to acknowledge it again in 2015, doesn't this clearly show the CF can't investigate nor punish those committing such brutal crimes????

After almost 20 years of investigations and study our current CDS needs to study the problem so he understands what to do.

How about follow the Orders as written. Fire the senior staff for incompetence and yourself while your at it. This isn't a cover-up, it is a disgrace - shame on you and your lake of respect for the uniform.

GOOD NEWS - BAD NEWS

The GOOD NEWS is; I have not received a negative response to the request for a Departmental Inquiry from Mr. Kenny reference Administrative and an outstanding Flight Safety Occurrence Report.

The BAD NEWS is; I am now approaching the one year time frame.

Flight Safety being paramount to the Canadian Forces, this Inquiry must be quite extensive.

I look forward to the response from the Minister of National Defense, Mr. Kenny.

DHILR - Dignity, Honesty, Integrity, Loyalty and Respect. Has our Government, who our military reports to, lost all of these qualities??? The strength it took for this man to stand should show you something about character.

The Governor General appointed Duffy as a Senator from PEI. The PM recommended Duffy as a Senator from PEI and Duffy claimed he lived in PEI.

This must have been another background check done by the DND investigative team for the Governor General.

At least the Governor General knows where he lives because we (Canadian Taxpayer) bought his home and maintain it.

The Governor General should resign since he appointed Duffy - DHILR

17 years later - NQNS (Never Quit Never Surrender) I will wait............
