WE NEED A PLAN

I think we would all agree that more executives and less workers is not the best formula for a company trying to make or save money. 

My case in point is demonstrated when, the Minister of National Defense is reporting on the actions of less than 100 troops and a dozen aircraft to the Canadian public.

In our recent past, this small group would have been directed by 1 Major and 1 Chief Warrant Officer. (even that is a little top heavy)

With too many decision makers, there is too much talk and not enough action.

RCMP - Royal Canadian Mounted Police
SIU - Special Investigations Unit (for military or civilian investigations)

DND - Department of National Defense

Composed of:

Canadian Forces
Veterans Affairs

This would save money and decisions might be made in a more timely fashion.
