To ThirdEye 105: Legally, under exactly what article or para, I do not know.

Morally, after 5.5 months of needlessly putting lives at risk since being Ordered to fly as Aircraft Commander of an A-310 Airbus, I grounded myself.

I went against wrongful Orders. Stopped flying and went directly to Hospital. I gave up my career, my love (flying) and my future happiness all because it was the right thing to do.

I am an Officer. The Governor General is an Officer. As with myself, if you can't do your job........resign, quit or use your power to affect change. Don't endanger or risk lives because your scared.

If he want's scared, go for a walk in Afghanistan outside the wire. I think he will quickly notice a difference in his personal comfort level and state of awareness. He might even start to understand PTSD if exposed long enough.

There is no reason to have the power (Ruby Slippers) if your too afraid or unwilling to use them. I hope Dorthy does the Honourable thing but..... I don't want to turn blue holding my breath.

As a foot note. The GG got a Registered Letter from me stating problems within the CF that are not being addressed.

Important Information on DND

You know that old saying;"learn from the mistakes of others. You will not live long enough to make them all yourself."

Lessons
1. DND is not the abbreviation for National Defense.
National Defense (Department of) fin code 018 is the correct name for the whole Department. I use NDD (National Defense Department Of) now for clarity. You should too.

If you use DND, that refers to only the civilian segment of National Defense.

In referring to the military you must say DND (Depart of National Defense) and the CF (Canadian Forces).

The helpful Human Right's Commission (HRC), after 1 year, through the DND joint DND/CF legal Department, pointed this out for me.

Neither the joint DND/CF Legal Department nor the helpful HRC, were able to point this out until their ruling, 1 year after my submission.

Result
1. I was told as a military pilot, I never worked for DND. I only worked for the CF and the joint DND/CF legal department was unable to understand my complaint well enough (or maybe they did) to pass the paper from the DND legal side of the room to the CF part of the room being it is a joint legal department.

2. The helpful HRC, knowing the intent of my complaint did nothing to assist this clerical error made by a mentally disabled Veteran asking for help.

3. If mentally disabled, HRC will not assist you. You must be physically disabled only. If mentally disabled and you make an error on their form, they will not speak to you during their investigation. DND legal department nor HRC will assist a mentally disabled Veteran fill out their form correctly even though, through their direction, I filled it out as directed.

4. After one (1) year HRC is unable to confirm if a medically diagnosed mentally disabled military Veteran is; DISABLED!sad

CF NATIONAL INVESTIGATION SERVICE- I WANT AN INVESTIGATION

Having exhausted every last option for an independent investigation into my Flight Safety Report, I am left with three (3) options:

1. Have one of the Minister's in receipt of my Registered Flight Safety Letter, call for an independent investigation. This has not happened and to be honest, I did not expect that level of Law and Order Government, to do anything.

2. Leave it alone until a Canadian Forces Transport Aircraft does crash. At this point the Government will be shocked that something like Ordering medically unfit pilot's to fly was allowed to happen. There will be multiple law suits, investigations and maybe a public inquiry. This all will cost in the Billions of dollars. Don't worry though, it's only your taxpayer money at stake. It will not bother the politicians one way or the other. Oh! I forgot, they will look shocked and surprised to you.

3. This leaves the responsible and professional way of dealing with this to one old broken down RCAF Captain, Pilot, ME! I have contacted the only "INDEPENDENT" Investigative Service allowed to investigate the military, which is the military Canadian Forces National Investigative Service (CFNIS).

So for clarity, the only one, "INDEPENDENT ORGANIZATION" allowed to investigate the military is...........WAIT FOR IT!.....................The Canadian Forces (the military).

Yes, here we go again. The Canadian Forces investigating itself to find out exactly what happened in an independent way. 

We all know how this will turn out. Mrs. Fynes knows how this will work out. I, with first hand knowledge, know how this will turn out.

This is why we need a REAL.."COMMANDER in CHIEF" of the Canadian Forces. We need someone ELECTED as our "Commander in Chief". We do not need some powerless appointee hack, picked to be an expensive, needless show piece, who is accountable to no one (the GG). Definitely not our Troops or Veterans.

I made an oath. I will keep it.          YOU??

WHO KNOWS and WHY?

Jetliner's just don't disappear. I know, I flew one. Malaysian Air 370 was talking to satilite's. What pilot builds his own flight simulator at home for the exact plane he fly's all the time. That makes no sense unless....

There might be an issue of Medically Unfit Pilot's being forced to fly in Canada and abroad. To be sure that we don't have a Malaysian Air 370 in Canada, my concerns were expressed to the GG, PM, MND, Min of Transport and Min of Veterans Affairs through registered letters.
