HUMAN RIGHTS or INTIMIDATION COMMISSION?

Let us start calling a spade, a spade. These are the issues as of today as they apply to my Federal Human Rights Case at the Federal Human Rights Commission (HRC).

1. I filed my INITIAL COMPLAINT within 1 year of being denied "Accommodation" at the Federal Court. As of this date (today), Mentally Disabled Veterans are not afforded "Accommodation" (a lawyer) at the Federal Court. 
2. The Mentally Disabled Veteran, injured in the line of duty, must choose a lawyer and pay out of their own small pension if they wish to challenge an action made by a Federal Department. (Forced into Bankruptcy)
3. Now a Veteran who has served honourably is considered the enemy to the serving Government if they bring legitimate action against a Federal Department. 
4. If however you hold a Federal Job such as a Senator and are suspected of breaking the law, you get a free lawyer paid for by that same Veteran, who honourably served and was denied a lawyer.

                   Investigator states that they believe my case frivolous,
                   never having met with me or seen any hard evidence.
10. DND (the Respondent) agrees with the Investigator and boldly
states I never worked for the Department of National Defense
as a Military CC-130 and Airbus pilot for the Prime Minister.

NOW THEY ASK ME TO RESPOND.....TO WHAT EXACTLY?

1. The non-offer of reconcilliation?
2. The non-investigation?
3. The response from DND that I never worked for them so they don't have to respond and didn't?
4. The comment of "FRIVOLOUS COMPLAINT" was even mentioned without ever seeing any evidence or speaking to me?
5. The Investigator accepting DND's response as acceptable not knowing anything about the actual structure of the military?

DO YOU WANT ME TO RESPOND TO THE INTIMIDATION OR ACCUSATIONS OF FILING A FRIVILOUS CLAIM?

Please tell me because I am diagnosed mentally disabled with 4 conditions you have never addressed. I am still waiting for the answers to the same two (2) questions I have been asking from day one (1 year ago)

1. AM I DISABLED? YES or NO?

2. IF MEDICALLY DIAGNOSED AS PERMANENTLY MENTALLY DISABLED, DO I GET ACCOMMODATION?

I am disabled not dumb!!! 

LOOKING OR ACTING SILLY - WHY?

I do not understand why highly educated, highly skilled professionals make themselves look silly. It might be that they are missing that common thread that links knowledge with action - COMMON SENSE!

NO; WE DON'T NEED MORE LADDERS!

Either they believe that people are expecting them to act a certain way. (What can you expect from a pig but a grunt) or;

They are actually trying to act this way because they think people will believe them. or finally;

They are doing things for malicious reasons to hurt another person on purpose. This is called BULLYING. For example, if you were; bigger, richer and had the power to follow the Rules / Orders or not and if this advantaged person chooses not to follow Rules / Orders to hurt another person less advantaged, this is my meaning.

These Rules / Orders were written for a reason. This is not "Animal Farm". You can't just change or not follow the Rules / Orders because they NOW, apply to you. They apply to us all.

The Government (HRC) does not like the fact that I have become disabled in service to this Country and I have asked for "Accommodation". The reasons for this action escapes me.

Is it because I'm NOT! a: Person of Colour, Indigenous or a Recent Immigrant, My Primary Language is not English, I am a Sex other than Male, My Sexual Orientation is not Heterosexual, I have a Faith Based Lifestyle, with a Physical Disability?  

Is it because I am just a plain old white Canadian Male who served his Country and was hurt doing so? Is that it? I am not an official minority our visible group?

If it makes HRC feel better I AM! a: White, Scottish/British, Heterosexual, Non-religious, Male, with a Mental Disability. Do I fit your criteria for "Accommodation" now?

RESCUE SOLDIERS

Rescue Soldiers are kind of like Rescue Dogs or Cats but too much the same these days. We feel compelled to help these animals because they can't communicate. They can't get away because they don't know where to go. Finally, they can't retaliate because they are too broken down, fearful and weak because of how they have been treated or will be treated if they do.

Well it seems like these days, Harper and DND are unable to keep out of the news. Look, the Equitas society is got a Class Action against the Government over unfair treatment of Vets. The NVC, the "living document", has been at the morgue since it was written and now they want to send 16 soldiers to Afghanistan without danger pay.

This is a bit of a personal point for me since these same risk assessment jokers sent me into Rwanda without any weapons while Dallaire was in Command and the killing was at it's worst. To top it all off, the fine Senator will not even lift a finger to help me with my HRC case.

If it is so F...ing safe in Afghanistan then, don't send them in with weapons. Why would you need a weapon if it is not dangerous? Send in Commissionaires just like in Ottawa to guard the Embassy. They are even cheaper with even less benefits. They are good enough for Ottawa, why not Kabul?

These poor soldiers can't say a word or they will be charged. Perfect situation for Harper. You keep reducing the benefits to those who will be jailed for speaking their minds. I understand that the military is a Communist organization (No freedom of movement, speech or association ) protecting the freedoms of Canadians but when you keep pushing these soldiers by taking more and more and giving less, something has got to give.

RULES vs ORDERS

then you will quickly understand why English is considered my second language.

My old English teachers could never quite figure out what my primary language was. Speaking was okay but writing was a whole other adventure, shall we say. It is quite funny as I explain it in the book but, that's not what I am writing about.

What I am trying to explain are RULES and ORDERS.

ORDERS, are commands given to a Military person. You are to do exactly what you are ORDERED to do. If ORDERS are violated (not followed) disciplinary action is taken.

RULES, such as those used in the English language are to be followed for the writing of text so the reader is not confused by the meaning of what was written.

Since I started this case in 1997, I have had to bone up on my writing skills quite a bit. It was a surprise to me as I read through the dictionary, the plurals for different types of animals.

Everyone knows a:

1. A Heard of Cows

2. A Flock of Geese

But did you know the name for a group of Owls or Baboons?

Owls, presumably because they look so wise, are referred to as a,"Congress of Owls."

Baboons are the loudest, most dangerous, most obnoxious, most viciously aggressive and least intelligent of all primates. A group of Baboons is called, believe it or not,"A Parliament."

DYING IS NOT ENOUGH

What more must a fallen soldier and their family endure?

The Family has to watch and endure:

1. Their sons and daughters die for their Country.
2. Bury their children.
3. In some cases, fight Veterans Affairs for benefits.
4. Watch the Government spend millions of your tax dollars fighting to prove they have no "Sacred Obligation"!
5. Watch their children with Mental Health issues caused by their Service go untreated and in some cases, have their children commit suicide as a result.
6. To receive a 1 Cent last pay cheque after their child commits suicide.
7. To have the, "Ambulance Chasing Military Finance Department" ask for money back because the Soldier who committed suicide didn't live the whole month of December and died on Christmas Day. I don't think Lawyers would go that low.
8. Endure the receipt of an invitation to a very expensive party. This party is to honour their child's sacrifice. The party is paid for with their tax money but the family must pay to attend. WHAT?

I am trying to understand why:

1. We have money to fly Old Veterans to Vimy Ridge.
2. We have money to fly Cadets.
3. We have money to build fake lakes.
4. We have money to pay for Helicopter's we never bought.
5. We have money to fly friends of the Government to Baseball games in military jets.
6. We have money to just give away to many foreign Countries.
7. We have money to produce 1 Cent Cheques for suicide victims families.
7. Most importantly: We have money and pay someone a salary to be the, "Commander in Chief" of our Military. We also give him a house to live in and expense account. This is all done so he, "The Governor General", CAN DO, AND PROUDLY DOES;
................ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR THESE FAMILIES! 

This is beyond shameful. This is an National Embarrassment.
